Fly By Night - Copyright Ken Wong

My name is Ken Wong, I’m an artist/illustrator/designer from Adelaide, Australia. I currently work as an Art Director at a computer game studio called Spicy Horse, in Shanghai.

I’ve done visualisation and art direction work for a range of clients, mostly in the games industry. I have spoken at the Animex Animation and Games festival in the UK and the Red Stick Festival in Baton Rouge. My work has appeared in the Spectrum and Exposé art annuals and a handful of magazines.

All my art is digital, although often it begins as a pencil sketch. I use Adobe Photoshop for everything.  Link

This site is a small door on my studio and my work … Fées menues et dodues, Nabiots contrefaits, Elfes soupe-au-lait, Gobelins hirsutes, font mon plaisir et mon quotidien. Dodues fairies and small, Nabiots counterfeit, Elves soup-au-lait, Gobelins hirsutes are my pleasure and my daily life. J’espère que cette petite promenade hors des sentiers battus, par les chemins de traverses, vous ravira et ne manquera pas de vous faire rêver… I hope this little walk off the beaten track, by the way ties, and delight you will not fail to make you dream … Link

The Creative World of Greg Elmensdorp

September 21st, 2008 | No Comments | Posted in Website

112 Portrait III

Greg says, “This website is the equivalent of me rolling a ball of twine as large as a house, or me building a one-quarter scale replica of the city of New York out of Popsicle sticks. It is a curiosity. A brief side trip where you pull over and get something to drink, watch the chicken play tic-tac-toe, and then continue on your way to the Grand Canyon. I would recommend that you do not spend too much time here. Instead go read a book. If you don’t have a book at hand, try this one: The Book of Wonder, a chronicle of little adventures at the edge of the world - by Lord Dunsany or this one: Overclocked - by Cory Doctorow. Both of these contain the power and beauty of great oceans, whereas my entire website contains the power and beauty of water sloshing about in a chipped cereal bowl.” Link
