Yellow Cake Animation by Nick Cross

Started in 2006 Nick Cross has finally released his much anticipated animation Yellow Cake. The animation is that of the glory days of cartoons. The vivid colors but more importantly the music instead of words gives this animation a wonderful appeal. No words are needed to understand what Nick is trying to tell here.

Kermesse Fantastique Animation

“Kermesse Fantastique” was created by the famous dutch animator William Van Otterloo for Phillips Electronics back in 1948. He also created another famous animation entitled “The Tale of the Fox”.

Correction

Willem van Otterloo is a conductor, not a animator, and conductec the music which was written by George Auric. “Kermesse Fantastique” was animated by József Misik and produced by Joop Geesink’s Dollywood.

Sweet Wishes Animation

Hi-Fructose says, “Mark Ryden and Marion Peck present a strange cautionary fairy tale for dolls, bears and babies about fairies and loads of sugar entitled “Sweet Wishes”. Based on the above short film co-created by the artists, a hardcover book will be released on July 21st through Porter House.”
